IGT039 Use of a Single Gas Transporter Agency for the common services and systems and processes required by the iGT UNC

The Modification was raised by E.ON UK on the 1st August 2011.

The Modification was raised at the August 2011 Modification Panel where the Panel agreed the Proposal would proceed to Development.

The Development Group is led by Gethyn Howard (GTC).

The Workgroup Report was published on 3rd December 2014 considered at the Modification Panel meeting on 17th December 2014.

The Draft Modification Report was published for consultation on 19th December 2014. The extended twenty day consultation window closed on 21st January 2015.

The Final Modification Report was published on 29th January 2015 and considered by the Mod Panel on 18th February 2015.

The Mod Panel on 18th February 2015 unanimously agreed to recommend the implementation of IGT039 with an Implementation Date aligned with the Project Nexus Go Live Date. The Final Modification Report was sent to Ofgem for Authority Decision on 20th February 2015.

The Authority Decision to implement IGT039 with an implementation date of 1st October 2015, to be aligned with the Project Nexus Go Live Date, was received on 11th March 2015.

On 21st August 2015, Ofgem notified that implementation of IGT039 should be deferred until 1st October 2016.
