This Modification was raised by E.ON Energy on the 25th May 2011. (Please note the Appendix 1 and 2 drafting has been applied to the November 2011 release version of the GTC/GPL/UGI INCs)
The Modification Proposal was withdrawn on the 28th July 2011 by the Proposer. A new modification (GPL046) has been raised in its place.
