Please be advised that BUUK had today raised the following Fast Track Self-Governance Modification Proposals:

• IPL043 – Housekeeping Updates
• QPL043 – Housekeeping Updates 
• GPL047 – Housekeeping Updates

Please note that these Modifications are Individual Network Code (INC) Modification Proposals.

 Summary of Modifications

A review was undertaken on BUUKs three Independent Gas Transporter (IGT) Licenced INCs, with some outdated information and formatting issues being identified.

The purpose of all three Fast Track Self-Governance Modification Proposals is to make housekeeping changes to update the Quadrant Pipelines Limited (QPL), Independent Pipelines Limited (IPL) and GTC Pipelines Limited (GPL) INCs.

 Next Steps

The Panel will consider these Modifications, which are all proposed to be a Fast Track Self-Governance Modifications, at its meeting 27^th November 2026.

Any party objections to these INC Modifications being Fast Track Self-Governance Modification Proposals should be submitted to the IGT UNC Code Administrator (IGTUNC@talan.com) no later than 5pm on 23^rd October 2026.

• IGT184 – RG008 Housekeeping: Parts CI-CV, L, O, and IGT UNC Derogations Guidance

Summary of Modification

The purpose of this Fast Track Self-Governance Modification Proposal is to correct housekeeping errors within IGT UNC Parts CI-CV, L, O and the IGT UNC Derogations Guidance document, all of which have been reviewed as part of RG008.

Next Steps

The Panel will consider this Modification, which is proposed to be a Fast Track Self-Governance Modification, at its meeting on 25^th September 2026.

Any party objections to this Fast Track Self-Governance Modification Proposal should be submitted to the IGT UNC Code Administrator (IGTUNC@talan.com) by 23^rd September 2026.

Please be advised that Centrica has today raised the following IGT UNC Modification:

• IGT183 – Maintenance criteria for Emergency Contact data held in Central Systems

Summary of Modification

IGT UNC Part I 1.15 a) outlines that the Central Data Services Provider (CDSP) has an Agency Function to maintain a record of User emergency contact details. This Modification has been raised to outline the parameters in which the emergency contact details are maintained under Part I 1.15 a) and under what circumstances emergency contact details provided for Larger Supply Points below the Annual Quantity (AQ) threshold (see IGT UNC Part I 8.0 and 9.0) should be recorded and retained.

• IGT182 – Alignment of the IGT UNC with the UNC definition of the Data Permissions Matrix

Summary of Modification

The purpose of this Fast Track Self-Governance Modification Proposal is to align the existing IGT UNC definition with the UNC definition of the Data Permissions Matrix as proposed by UNC 0921S – Broadening the definition of the Data Permissions Matrix to align with disclosure of UK Link Gemini data.

The Panel will consider this Modification, which is proposed to be a Fast Track Self-Governance Modification, at its meeting on 26th June 2026.
