This Modification was raised by Utilita on 5th July 2013.
The proposal to treat this Modification as urgent under the IGT UNC Modfication Process was rejected by Ofgem on the 20th August, the decision document is available below.
August’s Modification Panel agreed that this Modification (and its alternative – IGT054A) should proceed to Development Group. The Terms of Reference for the Development Group are available below.
The Modification Panel on 19th March 2014 considered the Workgroup Report.
The DMR was circulated for Consultation on 20th March 2014 with a close out of 11th April 2014.
The FMR was published on 7th May 2014 and was considered at the Panel on 21st May 2014.
The FMR including Panel discussion was sent to the Authority for decision on 28th May 2014.
The Authority Decision for this Modification Proposal and it’s alternates was received on Wednesday 2nd July. Ofgem rejected the implementation of all proposals.
