The Panel on 16th December determined that the Modification should be circulated as a Draft Modification Report.
The DMR was circulated for consultation on 17th December 2015.
Responses to the consultation was considered by the Panel on 20th January 2016. The Panel recommended implementation. The Final Mod Report was sent to Ofgem on 22nd January 2016.
Ofgem determined to NOT IMPLEMENT this Modification, with the Authority Decision received on 30th June 2016.
