Current Status: Phase 1 Implemented, Phase 2 is awaiting Implementation
This Modification has a phased implementation approach. Phase 1 changes were implemented on 23rd July 2026. Phase 2 changes will be implemented on, or as soon as possible after, the changes for approved Modification IGT176 have been implemented (on 14th August 2026).
Summary of Modification
This Modification seeks to align the IGT UNC with the changes implemented into the Uniform Network Code (UNC) under UNC0854 ‘Revision of Virtual Last Resort User and Contingent Procurement of Supplier Demand Event Triggers’ in May 2024. This will ensure that the UNC processes can apply to IGT Supply Meter Points (SMPs) as intended under UNC0854.
