There is a dedicated team at Gemserv responsible for providing the iGT UNC Representative role and secretariat services.

Mike Gibson heads the team and is also the iGT UNC Modification Panel Deputy Chairman. Mike has worked within the UK Energy market for over 15 years and has experience covering generation, transmission, distribution, trading and retail. Mike worked on TXU Europe’s project to implement the New Energy Trading Arrangements and has also been involved in several power generation projects including a proposed electricity inter-connector between Britain and Norway. Mike also led TXU Retail’s work on price controls for energy supply, electricity distribution and gas transportation.

Clare Temperley will perform the role of lead analyst for any Modification Proposals that are raised. Clare has extensive experience of working within the energy industry in the UK having previously worked for British Gas Business. She has considerable experience of designing and delivering industry lead changes to governance arrangements.  Clare also worked closely with the iGT's whilst working for BGB, developing relationships and processes.  Clare will also fulfil the role of Technical Secretary for the iGT UNC Modification Panel.
