iGT037 Inclusion of SPA Fax Forms as a Ancillary Document

The Modification was raised by E.ON UK on the 28th July.

At the December Modification Panel, the Modification was recommended for implementation. The Final Modification Report was sent to Ofgem on the 30th December 2011 for an Authority decision.

On the 2nd February 2012, the Authority directed that iGT040V be implemented. The Authority also agreed with the Panel recommendation that implementation be not less than four months from Authority direction. iGTs have approved an implementation within the June 2012 release of the iGT UNC.
