This modification was raised by ScottishPower 9th March 2009. E.ON UK raised the Alternate modification on 13th March 2009.
ScottishPower and E.ON varied their Modifications on 16 March to add clarity that the numbering should be applied to the files in both iGT013VV and iGT015VV.
